Rosie O’Donnell is sharing personal insight into her support for the Menendez brothers. The actress and comedian joined Chris Cuomo on News Nation alongside the brothers’ attorney, Mark Geragos, and explained why she’s passionately advocating for their release.

Menendez brothers Lyle and Erik are serving life sentences for the 1989 murders of their parents but that didn’t stop them from finding love with Rebecca Sneed and Tammi Saccoman.

Milton Anderson, the brother of Kitty Menendez who was murdered by her sons, Lyle and Erik, said the brothers committed the crime for “financial gains.”
